Question: My client now pays me through and Isle of Man company www.thepayhub.com I can now be self employed?

When do I complete my self assesment form can I do it online? they tell me I can claim all my expenses against tax due? is this true
its not a scam I get paid in a timely fashion very efficent and i can log on to the pay hub site anytime to see where my payments are etc, they have a call back facility which I have used and they are back to me in a flash.

Answer: No phone number or address on their web site. I hope you know what you are doing, it could be a SCAM.

Question: Laptop Help???

Ok, my dad has said I can have a new laptop cause my other one is really old and rubbish. He says I can have on under $600(including tax). I’m 14, so I don’t want a really professional one. I really want MP3/4, lots of memory, good audio/image, nice/modern looking one,good connections, high-speed and up-to-date software. I want Windows, not Mac. I’m not too fussed about burner, but if included, won’t mind. Any suggestions? websites would be good!

Question: does anyone know the California county tax-sale laws?

in 1990 i inhereted a small lot on a lake in lake co.cal. i just recently found out about it, i called lake co. they informed me the property was sold in march 2005 in a public auction because the taxes havent been paid .itold them that i never knew about it . she then told me they send a registered letter to the address in the will and by cal. law that’s all they had to do. i then did some research and came across “county tax sale procedural manual vol.1 public auctions in that manual it states revenue&taxation code 3701 countys must make reasonable efforts to locate names and add. of parties of interrest. and the most common way is to hire research firm that spezializes in locating such people. on the other hand all they had to do was call DMV i always put in a change of add. with the DMV.
