Question: Where can I find info on Russian services in San-Antonio, Taxes?

Hi, everyone.
I can’t find any information on Russian services in San-Antonio, Taxes, such as: Russian restaurants, Russian lawyers, Russian food Stores, etc. I’ve heard that there is a small Russian community up there called “Little Russia” but their website is currently down. Does anyone knows how can I get more info about Russian services in that area?

Gov.’s budget plan asks for $8.5B in cuts, but education largely spared
