Salary Tax Preparer
Question: I want to be a tax preparer at H&R block and i was wondering how much they pay full time(annual salary)?
Answer: You don’t usually work full time, most only work Jan to April They only keep a few people on all year, no one usually does taxes any other time. The pay may vary but in Ohio it is about $7.50 hr plus you can get a bonus depending on the # of tax returns you do. Each year you work you can get paid a little more for being experienced. It is not something to get rich from, typically, but they are very flexible and will work around a regular job you have so it’s a good job to work for a couple of months and make extra money those few months. It’s an interesting job too.

Open Tax Preparation Business

Question: Has Tim Geithner opened up a tax preparation business for Fed. Employees? They owe over 3.5 billion in taxes.?
The federal employees are racking in money
Dept of Transportation salaries over 170,000 up by more than 5000%
Average Federal Employee makes over 70,000 a year and getting a pay increase today, when BO signs the spending bill passed over the weekend . They have not been paying their taxes however it seems in some caseshttp://www.wtop.com/?nid=428&sid=1838232.
It looks like Treasury Secretary Geithner may be looking to earn a little spending cash by doing tax returns for federal employees.
Interestingly, Treasury has the least number of problems with delinquent taxes, you would hope so. But then when you have a tax cheat like Secretary Geithner for a boss, you can never be so sure.Change you can believe in! Thanks BO
Answer: I can understand why they don’t pay their taxes. They get to see first hand how our tax money is wasted….I say we all stop paying our taxes! Federal Taxes that is.
