Question: Canadian Income Tax: Is there a GOOD free tax software for filing?

I’ve heard of a few like Ufile.com, but I am not good at this. I usually buyquicktax or one of those from staples but I can not afford to buy it. I am in Canada, so it has to be canadian. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Answer: if your income is under $25,000 you can use both the web versions of ufile.ca and quicktax.ca for free to efile.

If your income is over $25,000 your bank might have a discounted version of the software you can purchase online.

Finally your employer might make a copy of tax software available to you. (my wife’s employer does this)
