Question: I am on F1 visa. I got married in India on 13/12/07. My wife came to US on 7/02/08. Confirm my marital status.
I’m here in US since 2003 as a student doing PhD. Recently I got married in India on 13th Dec, 2007. My wife arrived with me in US on F2 visa on 7th Feb,2008. What will be my marital status while filing tax return for year 2007? Please help.
