Preparing Tax Returns

Question: What site do i prepare my prior tax returns on or is there not one?

Answer: You can either get blank forms (back to 1990) at irs.gov. Just enter the year in the search box.

You can buy and download software from Turbotax and Taxcut, but be sure to double check the system requirements before doing so. XP can run 2001 to 2006 of Taxcut (that’s my combo), but Vista *can’t*.

Or out your delinquency to your friends and see if anyone else bought the software and is willing to let you use their computer.

When done, print and mail. There is no efiling for earlier years.
