Question: How do you get in touch with a customer service person at H&R Block? (Not their email crap!!)?
I’ve been chasing emails for 8 months trying to settle a dispute and now they tell me there is “nothing in my case file”!!! Don’t use H&R Block online Tax Services. They screwed me over for three years until the state of NC caught their mistake and now they won’t live up to their “guarantee”.
I haven’t been able to find a phone number to a customer service center and the local offices are no help….go figure.
Answer: Have you tried phoning?
