Low paying jobs in Texas? Yes that is true if you are uneducated, an illegal immigrant or in the wrong field.

There are tons of people in Texas who make alot of money.

Answer: I will take Texas over California any day! I just moved out of CA and it is ridiculous how over-priced everything is. Even food costs more. And 200k for a CA house seems a little under-priced.. more like 400k.
