Question: What is a unpaid tax liabilty?
I went in the IRS website and they have sat up an online stimulus payment calculator to determine your estimated rebate check. Well I got the results and my estimated rebate check amount appeared and it stated that the amount may be reduced if I have an unpaid tax liability.
Answer: That means if you owe back taxes (have an unpaid tax liability in IRS-speak), then your rebate will be siezed to pay your old tax bill.
