Question: how mouch service tax will i pay ? how will i calculate? what is abatement?
we have paid service tax on following services:Telephone -Rs 5650.00, Entertainment -Rs 1200.00,Advertising -Rs. 134800.00, Repair & maintenace on building -Rs 1340.00, Manpower recruitment service Rs 3893.00, Test, inspection & certification Rs. 185.00.
it is for 2nd quarter (from July to Sep 08.)
we have also collected total services tax Rs 168534.00
i have paid less tax in 1st qtr.can i paid last qtr tax in 2nd qtr ?
