Question: i am an nri just migrated to canada from india whether i have to show my status in income tax return?

IF SO THEN HOW I SHOULD SHOW IN RETURN PLS REPLY WHO KNOW ANY ONE WITH REGARDS

Answer: This answer is to file your returns in India and not in Canada. If you want to know about Canada Income Tax, then please again ask this question in Taxes-Canada.

In ITR returns you have to tick Non Resident. (This is in the form – FILING STATUS )

The location is Page No.1, Shedule-HP, General.

You can down load ITR-2 which will be sutable for you.
