Question: In INDIA How do i check my income tax payment status online with my name and PAN No ?????

Answer: IT is not clear from the question that whether you are a deductor or a deductee.

If you are a deducter, you can check the details of TDS that you deposited in the bank. open the following site
https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/TanSearch and give the TAN and year and then you can see a list. It contains all the amounts that you deposited in the bank during the financial year.

If you are a deductee, first you need to register your PAN with a TIN FC and then you will be able to see the Annual Tax Statement (Form 26AS) online. Form 26AS will display details of tax deducted/collected on your behalf by deductors and advance tax/self assessment tax /regular assessment tax etc., deposited in the bank by the taxpayer.
